At BIMM University Berlin, we are committed to ensuring that prospective students receive accurate, transparent and ethical guidance throughout their application journey.
We work with carefully selected education agents and representatives who are provided with up-to-date information about our programmes, entry requirements, admissions processes and student experience. We expect all representatives to act professionally, provide accurate information, and support students in making informed decisions that are right for their individual goals and circumstances.
Our Commitment
We are committed to:
- Supporting informed student choice and independent decision-making
- Promoting ethical and professional recruitment practices
- Maintaining transparency and accountability in our relationships with education agents
- Ensuring that students receive accurate, timely and reliable information
- Monitoring the quality and performance of our authorised representatives
Choosing an Education Agent
If you decide to work with an education agent, we encourage you to take time to assess whether they are the right fit for you.
A reputable education agent should:
- Clearly explain your study options and application requirements Provide accurate and up-to-date information Be transparent about any fees they charge Explain which institutions they represent Act in your best interests and respect your individual goals Answer questions openly and honestly Help you understand key deadlines, documentation requirements and next steps You should feel comfortable asking an agent about their experience, qualifications, the institutions they represent, and any services they provide.
Personalised Guidance for Your Application Journey
Any representatives we work with have been carefully selected. They are provided with detailed information about our courses, entry requirements, and life at BIMM, so they can give you informed, reliable guidance every step of the way.
Important things to be aware of:
- BIMM University pays commission to agents when a student enrols after using their services, and this does not affect your chances of being accepted onto a course.
- Some agents may charge a counselling fee, so we strongly recommend clarifying all costs upfront.
- You should also check that any agent you use is authorised to represent us.
- Please note that we do not hold contracts with sub-agents and cannot offer them the same level of support.
- You should always pay any deposit or tuition fees directly to BIMM University, never to or via an agent.
We hold our agents to the highest standards, and we want to hear from you if your experience doesn’t reflect that.
